Estimated delivery
Idol Cuddle orders are estimated to arrive 10–15 days after your order is placed. This is an estimate, so your delivery date may vary.

Shipping costs and tracking
Your shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay. If tracking is available for your order, we’ll email it to you once your package ships.

Delivery details
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email idolcuddle@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll try to update it before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Delays or missing packages
If your order is taking longer than expected, email idolcuddle@outlook.com with your order number and we’ll help check its status. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we’ll contact you with an updated date and your cancellation and refund options.
