We want you to feel good about your Idol Cuddle order. Please review your selection before checkout.

Returns
To request a return, email idolcuddle@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. We cannot accept worn, washed, damaged, or unapproved returns.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you the return instructions. Please do not send your item back before receiving them. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email idolcuddle@outlook.com within 7 days of deliverywith your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations and changes
Need to make a change? Email idolcuddle@outlook.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll help if processing has not begun. Once processing begins, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or change.
